A mailing queue that adds recipients to receive emails as fast as the user-provided SendGrid API plan can handle. Maximizes the throughout of SendGrid API pricing plans. Target consumers are students and developers using a free-tier or low budget SendGrid Plan. Creates an HTTP API to add recipients to the mailing queue, toggle on/off the sending of emails, and more. Containerized with Docker.
